These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ProtonCAD platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ProtonCAD. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that is harmful or abusive
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Scrape or data-mine the Service without express written permission

4. Community Owners

If you create a community on ProtonCAD, you are responsible for that community's data, members, and activity. You must ensure your community complies with these Terms and applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate communities that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

ProtonCAD and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a licence to host and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Free and Paid Plans

Some features of ProtonCAD are available on a free plan. Additional features are available under paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProtonCAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where we operate.
