Cancelling a Pro Subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page in your community dashboard. Click Cancel Subscription. Your community will remain on Pro until the end of the current billing period, then revert to Free.
Refund Policy
ProtonCAD does not offer automatic refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you are owed a refund due to a platform issue or error, contact the platform administrator who can issue platform credits manually.
What Happens to Your Data
Cancelling does not delete your community or its data. Your call history, reports, records, and member list are preserved. You simply lose access to Pro-only features (EMS/FD, Courthouse, FiveM integration) until you re-subscribe.
Deleting Your Community
If you want to permanently remove your community, go to Settings → Danger Zone and click Delete Community. This action is irreversible and permanently removes all associated data.
