Creating a New Call

Click the + New Call button on the dispatch board to open the call creation form. Fill in the call type, location, description, and any additional notes. Click Create Call to add it to the board.

Call Fields

  • Call Type — select from your community's configured call codes (e.g. 10-11, 10-50)
  • Location — free text address or landmark description
  • Description — what's happening at the scene
  • Priority — High, Medium, or Low

Updating a Call

Click any active call to open its detail panel. From here you can update the description, change the status, add units, or close the call. All changes are visible to all dispatchers and signed-on units instantly.

Closing a Call

When an incident is resolved, open the call and click Close Call. The call moves to the Recent column and is logged in the call history for that community.
