Patient Records
Each citizen in ProtonCAD can have a medical record attached to their profile. Medical records store treatment history, known conditions, allergies, and incident notes created by EMS personnel.
Creating a Medical Record Entry
From an active EMS call, click Add Medical Record. Search for the patient by name, fill in the treatment notes, vitals, and disposition (treated on scene, transported, refused treatment). Submit to save the record.
Viewing Medical History
Medical records are visible to EMS personnel from the citizen lookup in the EMS module. Prior conditions and treatment notes can inform decisions at the scene.
Note: Medical records are only visible to members with EMS access. LEO personnel cannot view medical records.
