What Are Platform Credits?
Platform credits are a balance held on your ProtonCAD account (not tied to a specific community) that can be used towards purchases on the platform. Credits are issued by the platform administrator — for example, as a goodwill gesture, a partial refund, or as part of a promotion.
Checking Your Credit Balance
Your credit balance is shown on the billing page of any community you own. Credits are applied automatically at checkout before charging your payment method.
Using Credits
Credits are applied automatically when you make a purchase. If your credit balance covers the full amount, no payment method is charged. If it covers a partial amount, only the remainder is charged.
