How Members Join
Members join your community in one of two ways: via a direct invite link, or by finding your community in the public community browser and submitting a join request.
Invite Link
Your community's invite link is available in Settings → General. Share it directly with your officers and they can join without going through the approval queue.
Join Requests
If your community is set to Request visibility, players can find it and submit a join request. As the owner or an admin, you'll see pending requests in Members → Pending Requests. You can approve or deny each request from there.
Assigning Roles After Joining
New members join with the Member role by default. To give them access to LEO, EMS, or other departments, navigate to Members, click their name, and assign the appropriate role.
Note: Only owners and admins can approve join requests and manage member roles.
