Overview

The panic button allows LEO and EMS units to send an immediate distress signal to all other on-duty units. It is designed for officer-down or emergency situations.

Triggering a Panic

Press the panic keybind (default F9) while on duty. An alert is broadcast to all connected units and registers in the ProtonCAD CAD so dispatchers can see it.

Requirements

  • Config.PanicEnabled = true (default)
  • Must have run /setcadid and be on duty

Disabling

Set Config.PanicEnabled = false to disable entirely.

Keybind conflict: Panic button and plate scanner both default to F9. If using both, rebind one in FiveM Key Bindings.
