EMS Dispatch
The EMS module gives paramedics and EMTs their own dedicated dispatch queue, separate from LEO calls. EMS dispatchers can create medical calls, assign ambulance units, and track patient status.
Signing On as EMS
Navigate to EMS / Fire from your community dashboard and click Sign On. Select your unit callsign and status. You'll now appear on the EMS dispatch board as an available unit.
EMS Call Types
Common EMS call types include Priority 1 (life threatening), Priority 2 (serious), and Priority 3 (non-urgent). Your community administrator configures the exact call types available under Settings.
Transporting Patients
When transporting a patient to a medical facility, update your unit status to Transporting. This removes you from the available pool and notifies the dispatch board. Once the patient is delivered, update to Available to return to the queue.
